Set up per-owner payment for your OXA document space.
Your payment config tells OXA where to route payments for access to your document space. When a reader requests your space, they pay via x402 to your wallet on Base. You write this record to your own PDS; the appview indexes it from the firehose. The record key is "self" (singleton) — putting a new record replaces the old one.
